I remember having one of these when I was a kid and now my baby has one of her own. This little glowworm is so cute. I love that the face lights up. The music is sweet. You also have the option to simply have the face light up without the music. My 6 month old loves the music and will look at the face as it lights up.

My twin boys had the original glo worm, almost 30 years ago. They loved it. When I saw this version, I had to get it for my twin Son's Son. Now he loves Glo Worm! Great sleep buddy for babies, and toddlers! Lulliby music is relaxing, and the face is cute! Thanks for keeping this toy around! Brought back great memories for all of us!

My son requested this toy for his soon to arrive baby. It appears as the picture shown and is easy to work. It lights when squeezed and plays music. I will say that as we are near the holidays, I have seen it for less money than Walmart but I was ordering other things and added it to the order.

Cute Crib Toy

All of my children had one gloworm that they all used. With the event of my grandchildren, I bought one in pink for my granddaughter when she was just born. She is now a 14 months old. So when my grandson was born this June, 2013, I went right out and bought him a gloworm for a boy. He just loves it.

We have an older version of the pink glow worm. My granddaughter loves it and my grandson loves his blue glow worm. The music in the older pink glow worm has a more pleasant sound than the newer “electronic” sound of the blue glow worm. That's why I only gave the blue one 4 stars. I would give the pink one 5 stars. But both kids really love the toy, the sound of the blue one doesn't bother my grandson, just the adults in the family.

My daughter loves this. I like the songs and that they play for a good 10mins (or you can squeeze it again to shut it off). It has 3 settings - one is to just have the face glow, two is to glow and play a short lullaby for about 5 seconds at a loud volume, three is to glow and continuous play of all 5 lullabys (the rotation repeats about 3 times) at a medium volume for 10 minutes.
The majority of the time my daughter uses this in the crib at night to self sooth but there a few issues I have with this. One problem is the glow is very very bright and almost blinding when using in the dark. To fix, I taped a white cloth over the bulb on the inside. Second problem is there should be a volume control. The low setting is still very loud. So I covered the speaker on the inside with cotton balls and sealed with tape. Helped some but still too loud for my liking. We could do with about a 3rd of the volume. Third problem is, because it is using so much power to run the light and the music at high volume, the batteries really don't last very long. It takes three AAs that I change every 1-2 months. But overall I still like the product and will continue using it.

Love this but could use some changes

I bought this online as a gift. When I picked it up, it didn't come in regular packaging, like it would if you got if off the shelf. It came in a cardboard box like you ship things in. If it wasn't a gift, that would be fine but unacceptable for a gift. It works fine though.

We had two of them and they worked great the first month. Then after that any time we used them it would cut out like there is a shortage. Now neither one of them hardly work. The worst part was our little one loves them!
