I found the same screen on other sites for twice the price and more!  The only difference was the handles.  My husband loves it too - it's just like one we had in a former home only better

This fireplace screen was just what I was looking for. It is sturdy and looks nice!  At a good price.

This item was delivered very quickly. It is exactly as described and will allow me to use my fireplace with peace of mind!! Don't have to worry about my kitties getting too close to the fire and getting burned!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Puddy-Tat saving screen!!

I love the screen it fits my fireplace perfectly and the color is great. However this will be my third time ordering it. The first one delivered had a tear in the mesh. I returned it and reordered it. The 2nd one came yesterday and it had a welding seam nearly right of the center. I really want the screen guard and I plan to order it again. Can you see that your product is inspected before it is sent out. I don't care about a hundred dollars; I want a perfect screen delivered this time. I love it I want it but returning a third one is just not right.

Sleek

The first one I bought had a bent frame and bent wire mesh. I bought two more hoping to get a good one, but they're all slightly bent, or the mesh was bent, or the mesh had been split, or cut. 

When the frame is bent  it doesn't sit flush up against the face of the fireplace. 

There were spots where they all had bare metal and it had not been painted correctly. 

It would seem the company that makes this has little, or no quality control?

Quality Control issues

Pretty but the quality is not there. This is at most a decorative item.

The product is advertised as 44 lbs but only weighs 10 lbs. The weight was the reason I ordered it and was totally disappointed when it arrived. For the quality, it is way overpriced. I would not recommend it if you are looking for something sturdy.
