We have limited space in our living room, so we needed to find this size of TV stand. I liked the media fireplaces and saw this one online. It had the storage space that we needed and the color was what we wanted. We are all very pleased with this unit. It took about 1 1/2 hours to put it together. It's a really great look. The price was very good, too, in comparison to others I looked at. We would recommend this product.

It is so realistic!
The heater is quiet and heats up our room very nice! It was shipped quickly and was packed very well. The only complaint I have is the directions for hanging the doors could have been detailed better Also the two mounts for the fireplace box was difficult to figure out how to install. We just set the firebox into the mantel and it looks great.

I love our fireplace!

This is a really nice item. It was easy to build( I did it myself). Just the right size for our small living room. The heater works great allowing us to turn down the main heater for the house. I looked around before I ordered and the price is very fair.

Easy to build

This fireplace TV stand is awesome! The realistic looking fire on the screen and red logs is just awesome, The quality is by far worth the cost. All real wood, no cheap particle junk. Super fast delivery. Others in my family have similar fireplaces, gas and electric. This fireplace is the simplest and nicest by far. I have seen many with the red logs, but this is the first I have seen in person with the screen to display the fire, that actually looks realistic. The heating feature is awesome, and makes the room toasty in about a half hour. I didn't want one that used gas, since I don't like the idea of a real fire in my living room. The reason I say this unit is better than the gas one, is you can turn this on and not use the heat feature, with gas if it's on it's hot. Everyone who has seen it has loved it. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted a fireplace TV stand.

Beautiful piece of furniture!!

Was quite surprised to see how beautiful and well made this item is for the 399.99$ price. My son was skeptical of the quality of a media center with electric fireplace for that price. He told me it was probably a piece of junk. Boy has he apologized to me over and over. He is the one that put it together and whole time he kept telling how sturdy and well made it is. I think he is more excited about it then I am. I am very pleased. I could not have made a better purchase and it was delivered in four days. I great buy.

I put this fireplace together by myself in about 2.5 hours. The directions were straight forward and I did not run into any issues. I've been using it for a few weeks now and it looks great and it actually keeps my furnace from turning on as often as it was before this purchase. I specifically purchased this because I was in the market for an electric fireplace that could store some dvds, house my tv and its components. The thing that attracted me most to this was the price. I just simply could not find a cheaper comparable unit online anywhere. I am very surprised how nice it is for the money. Would recommend to anyone.

Warning re assembly. It took our handyman two hours to complete. Instructions not the best.

Exceeded our expectations

My husband and I really shopped around for the right media fireplace for our home office. Its a chilly room so we thought this would be great and it is. It is well made and took my husband under an hour to put together. We liked the "brick" look of the fireplace and that it had a remote and a timer. The thermostate is also a nice feature. Its a solid piece of furniture and we would highly recommend this item.

Exactly what we were looking for!

I rated it good instead of excellent because there were a couple of flaws on the mantel. If they weren't there, it would be perfect. It's not solid wood like they said. It's composit wood but it still looks good. The flames look real but I didn't think the embers did although my husband thinks they do. It came in record time. I would recommend this product to anyone. It's not too big either if you have a smaller space. My husband had it together in a couple of hours.

Great product for the money!

I bought this and assembled it last week. All in all, I am very pleased. First, the shipping was very fast and it arrived in good condition. Note that the boxed item is very heavy. I was very pleased to see solid wood construction and metal coil in most of the screw holes.

This is moderately difficult to put together. It took me a bit over an hour and there were a couple of spots that I was happy to have a second set of hands. I'd recommend having an electric screwdriver handy as well as a phillips head attachment for a medium ratchet.

The one complaint I'd have is that I still can't see how to attach the firebox to the mantle. It's just doesn't seem possible to get the L brackets in as per the instructions. So I slipped in the firebox and didn't secure it. It's working fine and isn't going anywhere so no harm, but I'd love to know how I was supposed to do that.

These pieces can go for a heck of a lot in a furniture store, so if you're moderately handy with assemble it yourself furniture, this can represent a terrific value and looks very nice once it's together.

Pleased

Bought this a few weeks ago. We built it easily however the last door hindge broke. We didnt want to take it all apart to exchange it. Bummer as we cant really fix fit or replace the wood holding the hindge... however it works well in our master bedroom. I find it alittle loud but the timer works awesome.

Mediocre
