I've become extremely sensitive and will break out in a rash with most make up. I've tried so many that say they are “clean”. Finally I found one! It's vegan, has none of the yucky stuff and if you have dry skin or mature skin, it gives you a nice glowy /dewey finish without shine. It's buildable coverage. Best of all it's cruelty free! Thank you so much covergirl for making this product, please never discontinue it!

After years of ordering my makeup (to be able to purchase clean, natural foundation) I happened to see this Cover Girl Skim Milk foundation at Walmart.  What attracted me to it initially is that it is vegan... so it is cruelty-free.  I purchased it in the color medium, which is a perfect shade for me.  Well I must say that I am very pleased with this makeup!  It is so smooth on my face and the coverage is just right.  And I appreciate that the "junk ingredients" are not in this one.

A great cruelty-free foundation!

If you have normal-dry skin, if you're pale like me, if you like sheer coverage without the $50 price tag, this foundation is IT, GIRL. It's buildable coverage so it's an easy everyday foundation. I have tried so many drugstore foundations and the formulas always oxidize, flake, cake, or transfer and are never easy to blend. I swear by this now. No going back 🤞🏻

I think I should get used to its smell, I don't normally wear makeup but I am becoming aware of using products without chemicals that can harm my body.

Love this foundation has the light coverage I need while not feeling Cakey Im African American a lighter tone. I do think you should test the colors before purchase to make sure you get the right shade but this is my fave foundation right now I love it it has a light feel and a dewy finish ️

Oh my gosh! I love this foundation! It feels so good on! Not sticky! I get complimented all the time about my skin now that I switched to this Cover Girl Skim Milk formula! I tell everyone it's my makeup but they don't believe me! It looks soooo natural! Thing is… I've worn the expensive brands and this is everything and more for less than half the price! It doesn't crease, it doesn't turn red after a few hours, it doesn't make me breakout, it doesn't wear off easily and yet it washes off easy peasy! Your skin will glow! Don't think about it, buy it and try it now… you can't go wrong! Trust me and thank me later! And no I didn't get paid and this isn't incentivized! I just really love this skim milk! And it's vegan so win, win, win!

Soft Dewy Skin!

I LOVE this skin milk! It looks better on my skin than my expensive foundation, which costs me $60 a bottle. It's so natural, dewy, and looks like skin. I refuse to use any other foundation since I've purchased this! I would give it 10 stars if I could, and will buy it over and over again. I completely recommend you try this!

Very Dewy %26 Natural Looking

I thought this was a tinted moisturizer when I bought it in haste, but it is foundation. I don't wear makeup very often, but it is easy to apply and the color (porcelain) matched well. No skin reactions for me, and it washed off easily. Very pleased (even if it's not a tinted moisturizer!).

I really liked this skin tint but the color was a bit off.  It covers well and look airbrushed.  Good value for money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used skin tints maybe once before so I can't say that I'm an expert. I found this product to be surprisingly watery but the coverage gave foundation. 
Perhaps it's magic, I don't know but the lightness of the product is perfect for the summer heat, when you might not want to wear too much makeup but want a nice flawless look for a special occasion. 
The shade for my tone was pretty good, i thought it would be a bit too light but it seemed to look like my skin once blended. 
BTW it is layer-able, which is a bonus in my book!

This product is horrible. I got this and 1st time I used all sudden I start getting pimples all over my face. I stoped using for 2 weeks. Started again and pimples came out again. I am in my 60is why am I getting pimples from this product? Waste of my money. Someone should check out why is this happening. Would love to get response from Cover girl and replacement with good product. Color is 550. Light medium
