So far, this chair is a great deal for the price. There are a few draw backs, but what can you expect? The chair is a little high. If you're 5'0" you might want to think about a different chair. To return the chair to the upright position, you have to "snap" the footrest into place. It takes a little bit of leg strength. FedEx delivery is a joke. They never gave a window for delivery, so I waited around all day. They also never rang the doorbell when delivery was made, so the chairs sat in my driveway until I went online and discovered that delivery had been made 3 hours before. Chair packaging is improved with strapping. The chairs came through perfectly. Putting them together is easy but requires 2 people to line up the back channels. All in all I'm glad I bought the chairs. What more can I say?

Love my new recliner! Well built and leathersoft is just what it says. One minor problem is trying to put the foot rest down, it's a little difficult to do with your legs.

Nice for big guys!

I have purchased two recliners from this place and so far so good. This chair was bought for my wife who is pregnant. She commented that my chair sat back to FAR and it was uncomfortable bcus she needed to sit up. So I tried this one not knowing it would be just right for her. Thank God!it's GREAT, she loves it. Says it's just rite, I've made it for about a week and she is always sitting in it,even sleeping in it...So far So Good!

my dad is overweight with sleep apnea. he sleeps great in this chair, and it's nice and wide. however he does complain that he can't adjust the recline setting... it's either up right, or down.... no in between.

Great Chair, Great Price!

Maybe it's the clientele I bought this for but it's been less than two months and they've already managed to break the reclining part and tear open the leather fabric on the side. I thought this chair would be a little more durable.

Not For Rough Riders!

horrible chair. pushes you forward cant sit back without reclining. also feels like you are sitting on a high cushion instead of in the chair. chair seat is almost level with arms. upset with purchase. looks great but thats about it.

bad purchase!

Took over 3 weeks to get it and when I finally did and put it together it sits crooked. The box was damaged so I am not surprised. It is to much hassle to try to return it so I guess I am stuck Would never again order a piece of furniture on line without seeing it
