[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Poetic case for my  Moto phones.  First one was a G5 Plus, then a G7, and now a Moto G G5 2024 model.  I've always liked the Poetic cases.  Excellent fit, attractive design, and protects the phone well.
 
This one is no different.  Very attractive.  The bezel color goes well with the phone back color (back cover is transparent).  The fit is excellent.  I like the door for the USB charging port and the headphone jack.  Keeps lint and dust out, especially if you're like me and you carry your phone around in your pocket.  Poetic gives you the option of a faceplate with a protective screen or a bare one.  I started out with the protective front screen but quickly changed my mind after some dust started to collect underneath the screen at the cutout for the front camera.  
 
The volume controls work well with the cover on.  The fingerprint reader is tastefully left open for easy access.  Very high quality cover and I don't see myself ever going with something else.  
 
Just make sure you're getting the right cover.  It won't fit the 2023 model; only the "G G5 2024" model.  You'll like it.
