I have been wearing much thicker off-brand, and thought I would just try these ULTRA THIN of Poise to see if would be acceptable during the day. WOW, I think they absorb and hold more than the thicker off-brand, so I am ordering more and going to use these going forward! LOVE that they have such long sizes too!

Thin v/s Thick - seriously just try

walmart.com

It's the only kind that comes in ultimate long , ultra thin, and super absorbent. Very comfortable and no leaks.

Even though these are 6 drop absorbency, they are the best I've found for light-med incontinence needs, but that are long enough… about 14”. Since they are Ultra Thin, they aren't bulky like the same 6 drop pads. They don't irritate my skin despite walking/ moving around.

LONG LENGTH!

These are a great product but the one thing I don't like is that due to their length, they're heavier than other pads and I find that they weigh down my underwear and don't maintain a snug fit. I can't use these when wearing a dress or pants that aren't snug in the crotch because the underwear sags and can allow leaks/accidents to happen. When I wear leggings, trousers or jeans, I have no problems. Other than that, I find them to be a great solution to bladder leakage problems, particularly overnight or in situations where getting to a bathroom urgently may not be feasible.

Overall A Decent Product

You must've changed the way you make them because they are not like they were before they were more absorbent and a little thicker than what they are now I don't know why you changed them because they were perfect the way they were. They're horrible now.

Not the same

I just REALLY did not like this product. For me they are too long and have a terrible odor when urine gets on them..I have been using sizes 4 and 5.and they don't have that smell...I will go back to what I was using and just buy in bulk to change them up often.

Whilst it's marked as a 6 it was way too long and didn't absorb much especially with so called special gush absorbing effects. I did not feel secure wearing it outside the house for fear I would have an accident. It was really thin which I liked not having bulky pads.
So disappointed in this product. Guess trying something new with claims of safety did blunt work out for me.

Poor performance by Pouse

This used to be a great product but they recently changed/increased the scent and now the pads have an intense perfumed floral smell so I stopped buying them. This new version STINKS, literally. Feel like people can smell it when you are fully dressed with a fresh pad on. Would rather smell urine…it's that bad. It's too bad because it is otherwise a good product. If they would make an unscented version I would go back to buying it as it WAS my chosen pad with excellent absorbency and comfortable fit but the new smell is disgusting!

Absolutely hate the floral smell!

This particular incontinence pad is the worst I have used to date. I keep trying to find a thin absorbent version. I gave this one a try. It is thin. As for “Ultimate” absorbency to what is that relative? A tissue, maybe. Also, the claim on the box claims, Clean•Dry•Freshness•Protection “up to” 100 % guaranteed. It is true its protection, freshness, cleanliness, and dryness falls somewhere between 0-100%. The pad does not stay in place and it rolls inward on itself.

Product review

Too thin, flexible particularly in the middle where it needs top be thicker, sturdier, so it doesn't fold into its self and leaks right away. Glad I tried them before my upcoming trip. Haven't tried the 5 yet but, other sizes tried have been protective, comfortable.
