Brand new in box and had the mew when connected to Lets Go Pilachu. The item was as described and has been great. It is completely worth it if you have a switch and play Pokémon go. The instruction manual is very minimal, so I highly recommend looking for tips and tricks videos, or just searching your question on YouTube. 10/10 purchase.

Poke Ball Plus

as many have stated this came in a plain box.  I was nervous about it containing mew.  I googled and Nintendo has directions on how to verify mew is in the ball without downloading it into the game!  Looks like ours has a mew!

where's the box?

It comes in a generic box and not the original box thats shows you get mew for free inside the ball. With this one being in a generic box I dont believe it is new and has mew inside like its supposed to. I have to wait until Christmas to test out and hope they are new with mew inside the ball as an exclusive free character.

Generic box

Came in a cardboard box and not original pokemon box. The box was also torn. This is a gift so i wont be able to tell if all the components are gonna work till xmas.

This item was ordered as Christmas gift for my son, when it arrived it was in a plain white box and not in the Pokemon/Nintendo packaging.  I have no idea if this item was defective and previously returned by someone else or if it was counterfeit merchandise.  I did not realize this item was being sold by a 3rd party seller when I ordered it.  There is no way that I could gift this item, its being returned.

Extremly Disappointed

Walmart really just sent me a PokéBall Plus that wont even turn on. Yes Ive tried charging it before anyone asks. All I ask is for a replacement or my money back, please.
