I believe the one I ordered was "sold and shipped by Walmart" (I can't find a place to double check that, but I'm fairly sure), so this review is for that vendor specifically. 

I did not have a lot of hope when it arrived - the box was double sealed (the original shrink wrap had been partially torn/opened and then a second layer of wrapping had been added on top of it, to make it fully sealed) and was very dusty.

Opening the box, the contents were a mess, all jumbled up - the pack of energies had been opened and were all sideways and mixed up with the dividers (this couldn't really happen from general tumbling in shipping). 

However - all of the contents were there as expected, and the packs contained the expected amounts and rarity (typical pull rates for an ETB, several holos, one or two ultra rares). So that is why I give this a "yes" for recommending -- if you are looking to purchase for the contents and packs, this is a good deal (the one I purchased was $29). However, if you're a sealed collector or want the box perfectly untouched, definitely look elsewhere (or buy from another seller here).

Also, I want to note in response to the one star review that said the cards were missing -- code cards are not supposed to match what's in the packs. The boosters opened online from a code card are just a random booster from that set - it doesn't match 1:1 the cards that were in that booster pack.

All contents as expected, but arrived a mess

My kids play the card game while I play online using their codes to make sure they get what I paid for according to the online code my box was missing Magearna EX among others I will NOT be purchasing  anything from this seller.
