Taped together other than that everything looks good

Everybody, do not pay the $40. I cant possibly see how this is listed as almost $40, its a $12 toy at every other store. Also, if its going to be that expensive, Id like if it could move at LEAST a little bit. The only movement that happens with ash or pikachu is the throwing action. Me and my son love playing with these Pokémon, we have so many of these. But the arms/legs dont move around and pikachu is completely stiff. Just seems ridiculous for $40 lol better revisit that price, Id rather buy it at target for $12-$15 max.  
Id recommend it completely for that price, but to be honest, for those looking for ash for the set, there are many other ash figures in this series that are constructed better and move a lot.

How is this so expensive? Lol

It looks like the picture, however, I expected a factory sealed toy. That is not exactly what I recieved. The back look like it had previously been opened and then taped back together and resold for regular price to the next person.  As you can see from the photos the product is as described but has been opened and taped back again on the back. This is just bad business.
