Exactly as advertised. This isn't a complaint just a fyi for purchasers, because it moves so much it is not a snuggly plush. His arms and body are hard because of how much they made it able to move. It's very cool, kids are very impressed with his charging up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Electric Charge Pikachu is super cute and fun. It has moving arms and head, and many unique reactions. If you rub its head it talks and its cheeks and tail light up. Press its tummy and it has a thunder attack. This is an incredible and unique toy for any kids that like Pokémon Pikachu.

He moves around pretty well and you can really understand him good when he talks. He says so many different things and we really enjoy that from this toy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Pokémon is cute and puts a smile on my and my son's face. I like that the facial features are sewn on so that the eyes etc can't come off and be a potential swallowing hazard. My son likes taking this to bed as it lights up and this toy is a good size for him to carry around. I was surprised that this toy comes with batteries. To make this toy even better I think if you push the hands that this toy should do some type of action along with pushing the stomach or top of head.

Lights and action

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is a HUGE Pokémon fan and he collects the cards like there's no tomorrow, so I knew he would be ecstatic to get this Pikachu toy. We got this today, so I'm not sure if we  have heard every single sound or reaction as of yet.
PROS: 
-Extremely soft and cuddly. This is a 10in. plushy and although the bottom half is much harder than the rest of the body, it would still make a great snuggle toy. The bottom portion is completely covered in the same plush material but the batteries and speaker box is inside this part.
-Head and arms move quite easily and make for a great role-playing toy.
-Designed identical to the animated Pikachu and all other toys or collectibles. The colors are fun, bright and vibrant….down to the details in each part such as ears, and eyes.
-Voice and sound reactions sound just like Pikachu does which brings the character more to life. It is said to have 30 different reactions.
-The head responds to touch by making Pikachu talk by saying different phrases or words. It's cheeks and tail also will light-up. 
-The stomach can be pressed (and held in at the same time) to make an electric charge sound…the longer you press and hold in the more of a reaction it will make.
-Very easy to read instruction manual and easy to turn on and off switches at bottom half. There are 3 separate modes which are full play, off, and try it (store) demo.
-The box that it came in was very easy to open and take out of its packaging. My 7yr old son was able to do this without my help. 
CONS:
-There is a cover on the bottom portion under Pikachu that has a velcro lining to help keep this material closed but for some reason I cannot get it to stay in place. I have tried moving the tag out of the way to no avail, and it still remains hanging open. It isn't a huge deal given all the other great things that it has but when carrying or moving around it may be a bit annoying seeing the flap open. This makes the bottom portion visible which results in the battery compartment being visible.
-After pulling the store demo tag, it was difficult to get Pikachu to work as the box suggests. We didn't get the full effect until after switching the switch to full playing mode which was confusing because the try mode was supposed to allow some reactions per the words on the box (packaging).
-My son pulled too hard on the tail and it tore off the top portion of the body. This also wasn't a huge deal considering the tail was still attached to the bottom half like a regular tail would be, it just wasn't staying in a upright position. The lights still worked perfectly on the tail as well. I just would recommend the tail would have been sewn on better where it could not easily be pulled off. However, after he did this, I was able to use small scissors to cut off the thread sticking out.

Very soft & identical

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came with batteries and when we first pressed the button on his head and tummy it worked great with bright lights and clear sounds, however, after a few presses it no longer worked. We added new batteries and it only works in demo mode for a minute or two. When you switch to play mode it doesn't work at all.
