This trike is great for a first. It's small enough that our grandsons legs reach the pedals!  Most other offered don't.

This is really cute when finished being put together. The putting together is why I took off one star. You have to cut the plastic parts off some plastic that holds all the parts together. I bought three of these for the great grand kids that are about 1 1/2 years old. They are getting them for Christmas. So, I can't comment on how they liked it yet. One of the three did not have instructions or contain the decals to place on the trike when done putting it together. I did not return it to the store yet, but I might yet do that. i think maybe some one returned it without those parts because the bag holding the screws was scotch taped together . It was the first one I opened. So, that means that we put it together without instructions and it was not hard to figure out how things fit together. It took about 1/2 hour to complete.

Cute

We bought this for our Grandson, and sat down to assemble it this morning. First, you have to cut it apart from the mould set. When you do, be prepared to also smooth down the cut plastic, because it's sharp! That whole process is a bit time consuming, but it's better than having the kids getting scratched up on a toy. Altogether, I think it took about an hour. I'm sure I remember my husband putting full size bikes together in less time than that. Now I just hope the little guy likes it!

CUTE, but....

I bought this exact same bike from an undisclosed commodity company for $12. Comes the exact same way. Attatched plastic. You have to "break away" your pieces then put them together. The front wheel doesn't roll well due to this fact. The stickers come off when you look at them the wrong way. I don't feel bad paying the 12, but I refuse to pay 20!!! unless, of course, they decide to sell it put together since it takes well over an hour to complete. The most consuming part is breaking off or cutting pieces away from each other. :-/ I do have to say, regardless of my experience, my twins love the trike! & fight over it constantly. so i'll soon be getting another!

Not worth this much!

Even if the trike would have not came 45 thousand pieces and if I could have gotten them together properly (tried & they didn't fit)...the bike is very low quality.

the wheel is the thinnest plastic and doesn't look like it will support any weight at all.

Buy the fisher price version and save your time

Don't waste your time

Thought this would be a great gift for my 3 year-old nephew. I knew it wasn't going to be perfect based on the price. Picked it up and opened it to put it together. All of the white pieces were scuffed black. Not even a magic eraser cleaned them. My only option would be to paint it. I was prepared to do that until I pulled out the sticker sheet. Of the 10 or so stickers, the clear plastic coating on 4 of them was peeling back. Then I took out the black parts, which required cutting and drilling out of the holes because they were not molded properly. It all ended back in the box and returned to Walmart.

Not worth the $20.

This product is not worth $15, or even $5. I bought this for my son's birthday with more than disappointment when seeing this. Not only is it cheaply made, but my son sat down and the plastic broke!!! Don't buy this. I wouldn't give this away for free...

DO NOT BUY!!!

My son was given this as a gift and i really don't like it. It's break away plastic and where you break it apart it leaves sharp points. Half the stickers refused to stick, and the ones that did fell off as soon as you touched it. the wheels refused to turn. overall a bad product

Not worth it

This comes in a box of 40 pieces and a sheet of stickers, NOT "ready to ride" as stated in description. Each piece must be cut from the others. This leaves sharp edges. I carved these a bit smoother using a steak knife. This, of course, is very time consuming. One must hammer metal clips on metal shafts to attach the pedals and the wheels. This will certainly damage your floors and wake your children. Plan an hour or so outside to assemble this tricycle.
The finished product is small enough for a toddler to push around before learning to pedal, which is what I wanted. There are other tricycles on the market that do come fully assembled. Buy one of those.
I read reviews complaining about assembly problems and sharp edges, but thought I was purchaching a different model, because the description falsely stated it was already assembled. Don't get caught in my same trap.

Not as advertised!

took over 2 weeks to get here and instructions to put together were a nightmare. does not work on grass or hardwood floors.
