It came with acid damage from dead batteries that had clearly been sitting in it for years. Needless to say it doesn't work at all, and needs to be returned.

This product was fantastic...for the two minutes it was on. It then wouldn't turn on again. I changed the batteries thinking this might have been the issue but no luck there. While I'm sure it might be a great product, it seems the LED they use is cheaply put together and prone to some kind of electrical failure which they make sure you can't fix by gluing everything shut. The only way I could possibly replace the LED would be to completely destroy the flashlight that I paid almost $60 for. I wouldn't recommend this at all if you want something reliable in an emergency like I did. Even the dollar store flashlights did better than this.
