Needs work.  Space for neck pickup too small; made bigger with rotary tool.  Holes for mounting the neck in wrong place; needed to be filled then redrilled.  A few large cracks from the wood drying need to be filled in.  Lucky I had the tools and knowledge to fix it.  I guess it's ok for the price, but be prepared to put some work into it.
