The product delivered is the wrong product, I've tried to call multiple times and there was no response other than the automated voice messaging. I got a small wire connection and not the Poly Sync 40 Speaker, it's probably the holiday season busy period and someone mixed up products in the fulfillment centre, but I just can't get through to anyone at Walmart.
