I grew up watching my Mom use Minwax Polycrylic Protective Finish, Clear Satin, Clear, 1/2 Pint on items she'd refinished.
So, when I read reviews with complaints about how easy a new dining room table I'd purchased was easily scratched and difficult to clean, I decided to try this.
It turned out perfect. 
The Minwax Polycrylic had little odor, was easy to apply, dried quickly between coats, and is crystal clear!
I rolled it on with a foam roller to avoid brush marks.
I won't buy another brand, thanks Mom and thanks Minwax.

i got a baby food jar size.

Polycrylic finish by minwax

It sealed the acrylic paint which I painted my plant pots

I recently added contact paper to my countertops and needed it to repel water. I used this poly acrylic in 5 thin coats with a light sanding in between coats. I honestly didn't even smell it. I had a window open but not once while applying did it bother me and I'm here to tell you I have a very sensitive nose. Also, here's a hack. If you struggle with  strokes  being left on your piece use a magic eraser. It works perfect. I just lined a paper plate with aluminum foil and poured out a little at a time for the coat I needed. Laid the sponge face down and then applied it in a vertical back and forth motion. Worked perfectly. The sheen of satin is very pretty. 1/2 of a pint was enough to do five things coats to 28sq ft. It also dried quickly.

Poly Acrylic

They're rather small, but was big enough to get the job done on my dresser.  It made a nice smooth top and just a few bubbles. Had a bit of a scent, but not as much as an oil finish does. Would definitely buy this again should I ever need another top coat.

Worked Perfectly

Minwax Polycrylic Clear Satin has become my go-to topcoat for furniture and craft projects. It brushes on smoothly, dries quickly, and leaves a clean, even finish without yellowing. I used it on light wood surfaces, and the color stayed natural and bright. I liked that cleanup only required soap and water and that the final coat felt durable without adding gloss. The product has a mild odor that fades quickly and performs best when applied in thin coats. It may not be as tough as oil-based finishes for heavy-duty use, but for household furniture and decorative pieces it gives a professional look. The half-pint size is perfect for small projects, and the results are reliable every time!

Clear satin finish that dries fast and pro look

it turned my white paint yellow when I applied it. I had to repaint everywhere I had put the poly crylic and that  frustrated me tremendously. I will never use it again.
