I bought this for myself as a birthday present to relax in after work. It arrived quicker than expected and is very soft material and very comfortable. I used it a lot over the weekend and it got left out in the rain. It for sopping wet making me concerned that maybe it was not polyester after all but it dried in half a day. I expect it to be soggy for a couple days but even after a morning shower I am using it this evening. Buying this was the best idea I havee had in a while.

We love our beautiful new hammock. It is comfortable and soft with lots of room for both the hubby and I. We bought the Eco straps with it and one of them snapped off right at the seam depositing hubby and I on the ground with a thud. I actually meant to submit a complaint about this but have not yet had the chance. We would like if you could send one replacement Eco strap so we can resume enjoying our wonderful new hammock. Please have someone contact me about a resolution.

Love the Hammock; Eco straps were a giant fail

We had to wait until this hammock was back in stock and were so pleased to be notified when it was It came very quickly and in good condition and works perfectly. It is super comfy as described and we are pleased. The only issue we have is that it seems to be made in China said made in PRC peoples republic of China and we would prefer to buy a Canadian-made product in future. Overall quite pleased though.

I absolutely love this hammock Looks and feels fantastic It is our very first hammock purchase and we are so pleased. It is so so comfortable. I ordered it on line and to my amazement I received it the very next day. I also was impressed with all the helpful information available on this site and via email in regards to setting it up. Awesome!

I was very pleased with the service and how quickly my emails were answered. I had a lot of questions and had a hard time deciding on the perfect hammock. I decided on the rope hammock as we had one for 20 years and was happy with it.this one is a lot softer and I am sure we will get lots of enjoyment out of it. We live in the lake and it is going to look perfect under the trees at the shoreline. They were great to deal with and very helpful in all aspects. Would definitely buy from here again. Very comfortable and relaxing

The hammock was delivered at warp speed and everyone loves it. It's remarkably comfortable. And when the hammock was damaged by squirrels curse them the company replaced it even though such damage is obviously not under warranty. I value that sort of above-and-beyond customer service at least as much as the product itself so I can't say enough good things about these folks. And I wouldn't think of buying a hammock elsewhere.

We recently replaced our 12-year-old Hammock with the purchase of the Polyester Rope Hammock - Soft-Woven Deluxe. It is extremely soft and comfortable. I hope this one will last as long as the last one Customer service is exceptional with a great sense of humour. Love it

Excellent quality and service

I love this polyester rope hammock. I especially like the much tighter weave versus my old hammock which was a really loose weave and not as comfortable. This is a quality product and I love the colour. Delivery was fast and the company Hammock Universe is amazing in fast replies and excellent communication. Worth every penny.

Best Hammock I havee Ever Owned

I confess ... .I HAVE TWO Both are the same hammocks cream color polyester rope. I have one between two trees and one I use on the bamboo hammock stand from Hammock Universe - also an AMAZING product The hammocks are strong well made super comfortable incredibly soft and wont retain water and rot like other hammocks. I cant say enough good things about this company and their products - from ordering to value to delivery to product quality. A+++. Wish more companies operated like this offering great products great customer service and great pricing. Just wonderful

The BEST Hammock!!!!

This hammock is exactly what I was hoping for. The material is great quality. The weave of the rope is tighter smaller holes than most so that it doesnt dig in and leave a print on your bum/legs. The rope is very soft. 

It has been left out in the rain for a few weeks now and still looks good as new
