Pomegranate Noir was the fragrance I chose for my first ever Diffuser - I wasn't disappointed, I love it and whenever I get a hint of it, it stops me in my tracks. I have these diffusers in almost every room of my house and looked after, they last 12-months. Sadly this fragrance is so popular it is almost always out of stock when I try to purchase tax free via an airport. My most recent experience of JM on-line shopping was awful ... too ages to arrive & the complimentary vial of Pomegranate Noir Cologne had broken en route and I cut my hand on the glass splinters whilst unpacking my diffuser. I still love the scent & product but saddened by this.

Love this fragrance in all guises

Having bought the same product a few years ago and being thrilled with it, I bought another. I have it in the hallway and can barley smell it when I walk in. Thinking it may be my own sense of smell, I've asked family members and friends who have said unless I pick it up and put it in front of them, they struggle to smell it... very disappointed.

Not as strong as last purchase!

I received this as a gift from a client and was excited to use over the Christmas - last years gift scented the whole room and was lovely to come home to. This year the scent is very weak and only really noticeable if you are stood right next to the diffuser! What's happened??

Disappointed

I have opened the diffuser 2 weeks ago and have yet to get a smell of pomegranate noir in my lounge (which is not very big). I can only smell the fragrance when I lift the diffuser up close and sniff. I use Jo Malone perfume all the time, but this product has disappointed me. I am even more disappointed as I have a further two of the exact same diffuser wrapped up under the tree as gifts. What a waste of money

Can't smell it

Upon first impressions great - placed the diffuser in my lounge/diner which is quite a big room and could smell the scent But only for about 1-2 weeks. Also the sticks only used up half the liquid so I'm left with half the product - I would suggest an easy way to fix this problem is for jm to enclose a second pack of sticks with the product or at least be able to buy more sticks. I'm now hunting on the Internet to buy more sticks to use up the remaining fragrance.

Not great

I have always been a devoted fan of Jo Malone, absolutely love the Pomegranate Noir Scent, and have purchased as a diffuser many times before, in many previous years. However in the recent year or two, the scent smells ever so slightly different, and the scent throw is so weak and barely there?.. Which is really disappointing considering paying the cost for a luxury diffuser is a treat. I purchased along with the deluxe candle and have also found the scent to be just slightly off, as well as the finish of the wax appearance to be different than before. As I can see I am not alone, so this must be addressed Jo Malone! I do love your brand but will be put off.

Disappointed - Formulation change?

I have had a number of bottles of this scent and they have all filled the room with a gorgeous scent and lasted for month. But the last bottle I got, I opened in December, it is still 3/4 full but unless I am next to the bottle there is no evidence I have this diffuser in the room. Really disappointed as I loved the product so much.

What's changed

I was absolutely in love with this product, but seems the product formulation has changed - could not smell the product at all (thought, I had COVID-19 symptoms for a second, but I am fine), I spent so much money and even after 48 hours, no scent was coming out of it, I put it in the exact same location in my house where I used to, but reading the reviews of other people it also felt like the formulation has changed, completely wasted my money and I cant even get a refund! :(

NO SCENT!

Im beyond disappointed that the formula has changed, this was a signature scent of our home for a while and we use to purchase it regularly, recommend it and gift it. Not anymore, the diffuser is currently UNSCENTED and the throw is terrible in comparison to what it is to be. When I purchase Jo Malone products ( which I have been doing so forever) wether it was home or personal products, I always trusted in their consistency and their high quality items. Jo Malone team Im not looking for a refund nor a substitution because this wont solve the unfortunate change that you have implemented to the product, I do however have a hope that you would raise this concern (which as I researched and read the reviews all over is not mine only) to your creative team to solve this matter and bring back the original formula.

DISAPPOINTED

I am a huge lover of all things Jo Malone & especially the Pomegranate Noir scent so was excited about trying the home diffuser. Unfortunately I have been disappointed in it - I expected it to fill the room with fragrance but this hasn't really happened - don't get me wrong, there is a mild scent from it but it honestly doesn't smell like the true Pomegranate Noir that I love. It's been on the go for 3 days now so maybe it will get better but I think I'll be sticking to candles in future!
