Christmas gifts

This would have been a great present for my grandchild.  Except when we went to put it together on Christmas Eve most of the hardware was missing.  You would think a spring horse would at least have the springs and all the parts to put it together.  Great disappointment.  What a waste of money!!!!!

Can't put together due to missing hardware!!!!!!

Doesn't come with all parts/ damaged box. Got this for my daughter for Xmas and it was missing the most important bar piece that holds everything together, and also some screws. On top of that there was a giant hole in the Box and it was nearly falling apart when I got it delivered. I paid all that money just to not be able to give it on Xmas because these companies don't care about the quality of giving.

HORRIBLE. Never again!

It came on time. When we opened it, it appeared to be an item that had been returned. Partially assembled. They had left a stirrup on it. And it smelled bad. 
While assembling it we realized we were missing 3 tap head screws. We rushed to our local Walmart to purchase them, only to find they were an odd size, and they didn't have them. With only a few days before we have our Christmas, not enough time to return. Our 2 babies Christmas is ruined! Yes I bought the girl horse too. And the paint was scratched on the frame, the white stoppers on the legs were dirty, and yes it was missing some of the tap head screws, also. And it had the screws that keep the horse from sliding already assembled. I am so disappointed, how could we receive not one , but two damaged and used products?!!!! I will never order online with Walmart again!!!

Great buy

The instructions are a joke!!!  They tell you absolutely nothing.  You  just have to guess.  Otherwise, the horse itself is great once you can figure out how to put it together!

Good product, just don't expect instructions

Received the package which was crushed at one end,and the other end was ripped open and was losing the nuts and bolts and washers not all there. Totally disappointed
