I've worked professionally with industrial multineedle machines and I was very nervous getting a home embroidery machine, but the quality on this thing is EXACTLY the same and it's so easy to use. The interface is amazing especially once you update the firmware!! Wifi capable and their website has cost calculators!! I'm still getting a grasp of all the features but the machine itself is a work horse and I am putting this thing to work at about 50k stitches a day. The threading on the top thread is a little silly and it might jump out of line for the really tough stuff (Change your needle often!!) but once you learn it's little quirks (and they're all simple and easy) it's a great machine. Also their techs are available directly on Facebook and will help you any questions, and they're very professional and polite!

Great embroidery machine, I was hesitant to order and thought long and hard about it.  I researched other brands and costs and decided to give this Poolin a try.  Glad I did.  Very satisfied with my purchase.  It embroideries lovely!

Nice embroidery machine

I have seen so many bad reviews on this machine and I was not going to purchase it because of the reviews but I'm glad I did purchased it because I love it. The only problem I seen people was having is when you switch out the needle it have to be the same size as the original needle and you are good to go. This machine has 10 thumps up if I had 10 lol

Well worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first embroidery machine I bought. I'm a very nit-picky person so I was concerned jumping into embroidery with a new brand machine. I couldn't pass up the low price for two good sized hoops, so I finally just went for it.

It comes with a lot of great tools to get started including thread, scissors, needles, maintenance tools, stabilizer and even a thread stand for when you start to use larger spools.

This machine has been amazing and I've been learning so much. I've used this machine near daily for two months while I practice digitizing my own designs, and I haven't had any quality issues with this machine. 

I ran into an issue when trying to update the machine, but the support team got back to me within a couple hours and we were able to resolve the update failure, so my machine is up and running again!

If you're curious about this brand machine, I wouldn't hesitate. I've had a great experience with this machine %26 with the support team. I've never embroidered anything prior to two months ago, so let that be a testament to how easy to use %26 smooth-running this has been for me. I hope your experience is just as smooth! 😀

New to embroidery… it's perfect for me!

Absolutely love this machine. Only wish more hoops were available for it since it only takes the 2 sizes it comes with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish it came with a digitizing software. I have struggled with finding a software and the machine reading the file properly. But I really love the machine itself and all the accessories it comes with. You don't have to buy anything to get started!

There are many features found on this machine that are on higher end machines. My complaints - the needle is extremely hard to replace - it's hard to find the opening and there isn't much room for your fingers also the needle threader is useless - but after an hour of trying I have that down.  I have a babylock Solaris which is just too big to travel with, thought this might be a good alternative. The manual doesn't give you what type of Embrodery file you need to use. But that info can be found by googling. There are several you tube videos for the basics but the rest is just trial and error.

Not bad for the money

when I first used it, it was great. after a few uses it started saying rethread needle alot. then the automatic threader break off. will try it a little longer if it keeps acting up I will be returning
