My grandson is 2 1/2 and this was perfect for him.  At first he wasn't sure about his stability in the water so mom stayed by his side.  After a while he was kicking and getting around all by himself.  

Disadvantage is how you have to blow it up.  It's difficult.  I did read this in the reviews that came with the product.  I would pay more for the product if they could install a stem that could utilize a tire pump to fill it.  Otherwise this product is everything they said it would be!!!  TOTALLY SATISFIED.

This is great I got it for my granddaughter. It holds her up as she swims. I would definitely  recommend getting this.

Great product

Bought this for 2 year old grandson. The other types pushed him too far backwards but with this He has become much more confident and independent being in the water next to me instead of clinging on, he has learned to kick his feet and move on his own great for training little ones.

Love this floaty!!  My 33 yr. old son had one similar when he was little so I had to get one for my granddaughter as well!  Teaches them the confidence needed to learn how to swim by not being held all the time.

Perfect couldn't be happier ,really . She is two and a half years old and it fits great . Grandpa is happy too. Now I don't have to hold her the whole time I'am in the pool.  I just let her float while holding her hands . She is happy because she also has more freedom as well . I don't think I would let her float on her own .seems like in might tip forward. Didn't want to take any chances with our little beauty !

Safe and Fun! Both my daughters used this "swimmy suit",  now I've got a grandchild to try it out!!

Deja vue

We bought this early so we could have it for Minnesota Summer…. We just went to blow it up for the first time and there's a hole in it. Really really disappointed. Pretty sure it's past the return window.

Do not buy this brand the tube will not hold air. I was sent another one and it did the samething! They need to br pulled from the shelves!! All my children used a swim devise like this and it was amazing. I bought a different brand. This brand is extremely dangerous!
