I have always wanted a hammock but it had to be durable and handle wet elements such as the lake or the pool. I loved the red double hammock so I was willing to wait for it to be available in that colour. I am so glad I did. Once available it arrived here  the west coast within a week and in time for our two week long camping trip. We set up at our campsite using the eco friendly tree straps and I was in heaven. Everyone in our group loved it. Now my in- laws want one  

The double pool hammock is a great quality product . All in all I had a very positive customer service experience from Hammock Universe.
