Portable Compact Washing Machine - easy installation for a senior - works great!

I was able to lift the washing machine by myself - 74 years old - carried it into the bathroom - set it on the floor in front of the sink and hooked up the water supply hose to the faucet with the included quick-release adapter - required a pair of pliers to remove the faucet nozzle and then tighten the adapter. I used a shower curtain rod hanger to hang the drain hose from the towel rack and then inserted the end of the drain hose into the sink drain hole.

Installing the bottom cover was tricky - required lifting and laying the back of the machine sideways on a chair (protected by a piece of cardboard) - install the cover before hooking up water hoses is recommended !

FedEx delivery was great - FedEx driver dialed my apartment on the intercom - I let him in by pressing a button on my phone - FedEx driver brought the washing machine up the elevator and set it on the floor inside my door - a much better experience than the FedEx driver who delivered my dryer !

Apartment size washing machine drum is small can fit 4large bath towels  but it gets them clean works amazing I love beats paying for laundry in apartments or laundry mat

It works well so far. I did 2 and half days of laundry from socks to curtains and a whool afghan along with light and very porous running shoes. I am satisfied with my purchase. I like the smaller size. The loads are smaller but the cycle is quicker also. All in all that evens out. I like to be able to run small loads without wasting so much water. There is a learning curve for this machine. Soap does not react the same way as bigger machines. You will find your own measure. Improvements: could use two back wheels, but it is quite light, rinse segment starts with a spin with is energy costly and uses the machine for nothing (so even for slightly damp items, you go through a full spin cycle). There is no delicate vs heavy parameter only water level and cycle segment. The cycle is short enough and the 'stirring' of the clothes during the wash is gentle because there is not a lot of space, the delicates don't get stretched out throughout the tank, and there was hardly any stretching on my afghan. So the fact that I wrote this means that I am really happy to finally get my laundry done and have the autonomy to manage laundry in my apartment. I recommend you purchase a plastic container the size of the base of the machine at least 1-6" high to protect against spills. I have experience with these machines and I do not recommend leaving it on in your absence, do not listen to headphones, and always keep an ear out for the spin cycle, because an accident with these is unforgiving, and in a few 'seconds' you can seriously flood your neighbors: the out end of the drain can pop out of your sink, the plastic tube can rupture, the valve keeping the water in your thank can also be defective with use. Water damage from a third-floor apartment can spread to 4-6 apartments below in a few minutes...because you are pumping out gallons in a few minutes. I have renters insurance, cheap, it doesn't repair the damage or the trust of your neighbors but it makes them a bit happier to know you have it.

Fast delivery! Got in 2 days.
Had to get an extension cord for the pipe as it was too small (I live in apartment) it makes regular machine noise. It washes well, however the filter doesn't take most lint, so you will have to put clothes in dryer or if you hang dry clothes shake off the lint (minimal issue). It spins the clothes so well drying time is small, great for small spaces.

Easy to install. Only that heavy to move because it doesn't have a wheel. I return it because the washing drum is small. I'm looking for a a bigger one. Walmart don't have the display at the store.

Product delivered with drain hose defect unable to use until it gets repaired ( No return call or email from company or Walmart ) Quality Control is very poor at best ! Machine is extremely small photos on website are misleading Even the size does not match the web description it's smaller - The product does not have any manufacturers name imprinted on it anywhere appears generic - The price is certainly not worth the product at $309 on sale from $700 + my opinion is to search out brand name apartment size appliances in order to get quality I have a washer with a 1” drain hose that's not usable

Senior stuck with a broken machine

do not recommend. Error code on machine no one will help me. Will be returning asap

I start to use the problem, but got many E1 failture and water is in the machine cannot get out. No cloth in it at all.

Many E1 errors and water is not drained.

It's leaking water from the bottom the first day put in use. I have a new born home so I will keep this washer. However, do not recommend to any one who's looking for a portable washer
