When will this item be back in stock? I purchased this item due to living in an apartment without a dishwasher and I'm sooo over hand washing dishes. I was impressed with how all of my dishes always came out clean! Everytime. And it's extremely spacious inside. I love it so much, my dad wants to purchase one for his house. But they've been out of stock!

It came a bit wet from the inside so not sure what happened there was it returned or what. But otherwise it works great. Was sick and tired of the dishes and this helps a lot. You can't put anything bigger in there, up to salad plates size. I put utensils, cups, smaller plates, if I can fit one bigger piece then not a lot of room remains for other stuff. I put a bucket and a hose to drain, so I don't have to connect it to any water outlets. I pour water and put the dishwasher tablet and that's it. I would definitely recommend if you don't have room for a regular dishwasher.

Works great, compact size, washes nicely

This thing is a life saver! Its design is so sleek and modern. It washes and dries dishes fabulously. 100% worth the money spent on it. I wish I purchased this so much sooner than I did. It's a really well made machine, and very clean and efficient. The settings are great. I love the fast setting being for only 30 minutes, that is so convenient for the type of dishes I do. Once you understand how to best pack the washer you can fit a really decent amount of stuff. I love the top fill abilities this machine has. I don't want to mess around trying to connect something to my sink, though it does give you that option. I just have it draining into a bucket below it. Easy enough to empty the bucket full of water after it's done. The size of it was larger than what I had imagined. The dimensions they list for it, add one inch to them for a safe bet on how large it is. If you're thinking about getting this washer, do it! You will not be disappointed.

Amazing! 100% worth the money!!

I have limited counter space so I wanted something small but able to properly clean dishes and sippy cups.

My kitchen sick has low water pressure so the refillable tank is a lifesaver.

 It's great when you have two kids running around and you're not stuck hand washing your dishes.

It's super easy to use. My husband hooked the drain hose since we can't use the faucet hose but the settings display are easy to use.

As my husband found out, do not use Dawn dish soap for the detergent unless you want a sudsy mess. I have been using dishwasher pods and it has been working.

I actually been able to fit a one gallon pitcher or a 12 inch skillet in it with some maneuvering. I wasn't expecting it to that big. It doesn't fit underneath my cabinets but it's not that heavy either. When it was delivered I was able to carry it up a flight of stairs by myself and get it inside my home.

All in all, for the price, the versatility, ease of use, and how well it cleans I highly recommend it.

 I have had it a week so I can't comment on durability but so far there's been no problems except when my husband used dawn dish soap instead of regular dishwasher detergent.

Love it!! Great for a small household.

It's a surprisingly good dishwasher for its size. It did not fit under the cabinets in my small kitchen so I lost some counter space, but it's worth it. You can't really see it on the pictures but it has top and bottom washing arms. Also has a separate tray for utensils and pretty good capacity. For two people's worth of dishes, we use it about once a day. 

We bought it for the built-in tank option, but ended up using it hooked up to the sink after realizing our faucet was compatible. After using it on the quick cycle (29 mins + 60 mins drying), 1-2x/day for about 3 weeks and connected to hot water only, only ONE glass came out still dirty (toothpaste residue). The rest came out spotless, even some pretty crusty bowls. I haven't tried but might clean less well if used with cold water or the built-in tank as it doesn't seem to have a heater. 

Be aware (and it specifies in the manual) to use only powder detergent or pods, NOT liquid. I didn't tell my partner - he used liquid - bubbles and soap everywhere.

I wish the price in Canada was cheaper but, overall, a great purchase!

Great portable dishwasher

I was very skeptical about purchasing this item. I did my research on it and read all the reviews. Decided to buy it and I'm glad I did! I'm a mother of 2 boys and its very difficult for me to keep up with my dishes and this has helped me a lot! Definitely recommend!! For larger items remove the utensils basket and you can fit pots and pans and dinner plates!

Great Dishwasher!

My family and I have washed dishes by hand in our home for the past 8 years. It was miserable, time consuming, a waste in water and power. We were excited to find this product, it had everything we were looking for and it turned out to be the best purchase we ever made. I really hope it last a long time because ever since we got it, dishes take only 5 mins to set up and go, saved big time on water and power.. More time with my family, no more misery. I am recommending this to everyone!

The Best Purchase Ever!

After I finally figured out the directions I was happy. :) 
Please note.. .when it says 3 cups of water? It means 3 (provided) JUGS of water.  The company must not be American and thus not realize 'cups' as a measuring device might confuse us. ;) 

Other than that... yes it's small but it's better than nothing! If like me, you can't afford a carpenter, electrician and plumber to sort you out for a full size dishwasher.. this will do it.  You may have to wash once or twice daily due to it's size. But, for people with back trouble and arthritis like me? It's a blessing and is already saving me pain.  

If I could change one thing about it, other than capacity, it would be that it was all mechanical. I worry about future issues with a computer driven device. But then, I'm old school though. ;)

What I needed, once I figured it out.

I needed a portable dishwasher that didn't require a faucet hookup, and this is doing the trick so far. This dishwasher has a larger capacity than I expected, which was a welcome surprise. The cutlery rack needs to be removed to accommodate some larger items, such as stock pots and upright dinner plates, so a more traditional cutlery basket would have probably been better. There's no pre wash in any cycle nor is there a rinse aid dispenser, but despite those shortcomings it washes well on the standard cycle with Cascade Complete gel detergent as long as you keep the filters clean. The instructions are nothing more than a vague hint at how things could work, so if you rely heavily on direction you may find this frustrating. Even some of the things mentioned in the instructions are incorrect, like stating there are three rinses for the standard cycle when in fact there are only two. That aside, it was super easy to unpack and start using right away and the window is a nice touch to make sure everything is working as it should. No regrets with this purchase.

Improved my Quality of Life

The capacity of KAPAS portable dishwasher is not nearly what is advertised. There's no possible way to fit a regular 10.25 inches in diameter dinner plate with the flatware tray in place. 
It's not all that quiet either. 73db. 
There is no rinse aid cup. Just a depression in the door for dishwasher detergent. 
The different wash selections are just a selection of the number of cycles that can be run. Either wash or rinse x the number of cycles (how much time it will run) wanted. 
Not worth the cost.
