It's horribly cheap. Thin material,  the side you apply to your body has a plastic film, once you remove it the area is sticky,  but it doesn't stick enough to stay on and there isn't another plastic film to cover it when you finish. Mine didn't include any instructions other than a small pic on the box pointing to the controls. No information about cleaning,  storage, charging,  etc. It also works only when it wants to,  sometimes it won't turn on at all, sometimes if you reposition it enough times it turns on, and it turns off at random times. It's unreliable and I stopped using it because it worries me that there's an issue that could cause harm or injury by the turning on and off. Perhaps I got a dud...?
