Installation guides are hard to understand, especially for new users.

Can be seamless, but may also be inconsistent.

Can be impressive at this price point, but may disappoint in some vehicles.

The  installation was pretty good and straight forward. The product delivers.
Initial setup took few extra minutes, once it's setup correctly, it works like a charm!

The sound quality of the  Pentantan car stereo is not  good, so its better to integrate with the car music system,

this product is exactly like Google CarPlay. There's many ways to connect it with your phone, including Bluetooth, aux, C charger port through cigarette lighter hole... I personally chose it because I'm riding in a 2006 Volvo and I'm used to newer cars so it's huge switch up.... personally, for me the first adhesive of the black round circle held up very nicely and stayed in place. It was very hard to peel up. However, the stand itself did not want to suction to that piece. It suction better to the dashboard itself. Once you lose the stickiness, I just recommend buying a new stand for $10(ish) they say that you can wash them and use them over. I haven't tried it. Certainly recommend it.

Great choice

If you have an older or factory radio.  Easier to connect by radio frequency.  Recommend using a monster CarPlay box to connect your phone.  Unless having multiple wires laying around is your thing.  Once I decided what options to connect I had.  Reconnecting to the radio was no problem.

Don't throw it away it does work!!!

It was easy to set up for the music part of it. I have not set up the backup camera yet, but I still want to it hooked up to my phone well but sometimes after turning the car off and then turning it back on depending it won't hook back up for a while, but that could be because of just my car and I don't have that on the right settings or something. I'm still working on it and messing with it but I really like it so far. I like the touchscreen and I'm sure once I get all the settings correct it'll work great.

Great product for a good deal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I'm very into music and sound quality. I'm not big on technology, although I'm fairly good at it. I'm using this in my 07 Ford Escape, and it does what I need it to do. I got this supposedly on sale for $39.99 marked down from $199.99. If it was any more than $40, truthfully, I'd probably return it. I tried using the wireless auto play numerous times, and it's a very unstable connection. Plus, you have to use Wi-Fi and Bluetooth at the same time. Which for some reason disconnects my internet. I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy only a week old, so I can't blame the glitches on my phone. Using the data cable included makes communication to my phone stable. Sound quality is excellent even with my stock speakers, although I'm going to order some new speakers which should enhance the sound even better. The description on Walmart.com claims it puts out 240 watts, which should be 60 watts a channel, but the owners manual says 20 watts a channel. I haven't installed the backup camera yet, but I will, and I'm sure it will work great. Which is a bonus since my suv doesn't have one stock. All the cables and mounting brackets were very high quality and sturdy. Manipulating around the home screen and switching different modes is fairly difficult, but this is only my second day of using it. Hopefully, it will get easier the more I use it and get more familiar with the device. Overall, I'd recommend buying it, but only at the price point I mentioned.

Camera image is grainy.   We have updated iPhone 16 and it would still loose Apple CarPlay connection randomly.

The installation instructions are very hard to read and understand. It appears from the ad online that it is an easy install

This product says it can be mounted to the dashboard however after just 2 days it came off the mounting stand and I noticed it had melted on the back so to the sun hitting it ….do not recommend this product
