It is amazing the difference it makes!  The fan does help keep it a little cooler in there and the light is so pretty.  It's such a huge improvement in how the sun room looks.

There is a pull string for the light and another pull string to adjust the fan speed. It does provide a good amount of air. I recommend this fan.

This is a 3 blade 52"inch with a light in the center. Great functions high, medium,low with  reverse and forward. Please read the directions first especially if you're a beginner. I had to wait for a handy person to install. This is a great replacement for our office.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are really enjoying this ceiling fan. It was easy to install and the instructions were clear. The design of the fan would work well in a variety of styles since it has clean lines and a modern look. The fan blades have a different color on each side so you can choose which side you prefer showing.  My favorite part of the fan is the gun metal light fixture, I can't stop staring at it, it's so nice. The glass is frosted and is LED. This fan comes with pull chains but it can also be used with a universal ceiling fan remote. A remote isn't included but one can be purchased separately. I think this is a great fan and worth checking out if you're in the market for one.

It's fine for a small area if you just need to move the air around. It doesn't come with a remote so expect to get up and pull a string if you want to change the fan or the light.
I've seen better in hotels.
