I've had my prosteam for a month.  I absolutely love this product.  It's truly one of the very best investments I've ever made.  My prosteam is everything that it is marketed to be.  I've used throughout my home ie entire bathroom, all tile and wood floors, cupboards along with patio tile and slider windows and screens. It does what it's supposed to.
It makes steam until it runs out of water.
How you use the steam is up to you.
Be careful if you try to fill it back up and it's still hot, you will get burned.
Follow all manufacturer's instructions.
My only dislike is the plastic funnel.
They could have supplied a metal funnel with a verticle crimp on 3 or 4 sides of the spout for air to escape while filling the tank.
No problems so far.
Spouse loves it.
If only I could hook it to my pressure washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try out this Poulan Pro Steamer. I have ceramic tile in my kitchen and two bathrooms and was excited to use it on my floors. The box came perfectly packaged. I was able to assemble it without reading the directions. Prior to use I read the manual for how to operate it. I added distilled water (the funnel is definitely needed), waited just a few minutes for the light to turn off (which means the water is heated) and began steaming my floors. It has a button on the trigger for continuous steaming which I loved. For a first time user I found this very easy to use. More then anything I feel like this product cleans my floors so much better then the dirty mop head I have been using. It comes with 2 different microfiber pads (which are machine washable) and so many other accessories. I have only used it as a floor steamer so far but it has many other accessories that the possibilities are endless for cleaning. I will be trying to clean my showers and grout next! I'm not sure why I have not tried this product sooner and I definitely recommend it! I feel as though this cleans and disinfects so much more then other methods.

Sanitary Clean! Easy To Use!

I absolutely love the large capacity tank, I've had other steam cleaners before that required me to stop a lot and have to refill the tank over and over again. I'm also super impressed with the accessories that came with it, its truly a ready to use bundle as it is! I've user it on our floors, countertops, bathroom tiling...and I know I'll find other places to clean now that I have this amazing machine. Absolutely a great investment if you're in the market for a steam cleaner.

Powerful steam cleaner that won't disappoint!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a steam mop for hard floors and Hoover carpet shampooer. However, I was still on my hands and knees scrubs stubborn stains or using the above tools multiple times to get stains out. I have a toddler, so I was thinking about changing my flooring! I used this steamer on a dried and sticky spill and there was very little scrubbing needed to get the stain and stickiness out. It was like it literally melted! I also tried this on my car seats that are light gray and have water stains. It did not seem to help much with the appearance, but I could smell the dirt releasing in the steam as dust. I wish I had this to clean my oven because it would've been easier! I'm strangely excited to see what else I can clean with this.

Powerful cleaning, a bit of a learning curve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a few different steam mops and they don't cover as much ground as the PP330. I wish I knew about it sooner! I have a 3000 foot home with 7 children. There is always something to clean in my home. The PP330 exceeded my expectations. There is always a sticky stair popping up in the kitchen and this is now my go to disinfectant. It is as easy as filling the chamber with filtered water, turning it on and waiting about a minute then cleaning. It works well on my tile and linoleum flooring. I have also tried it on on my counters and it is great to use but I am honestly more excited about my floors. It so easy to maneuver around and the hose is really long. The handle is very comfortable to hold and pull the trigger. I would definitely recommend this steamer if you're in the market for one. You definitely won't be disappointed!

The bag for utensils is too small and does not zip or snap shut.
