Wood Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this cabinet for its looks but got a really sitrdy, well made cabinet to. The natural wood finish is Beautiful, and the brass accent is such a compliment to it. I have never recieved so many compliments from a piece of furniture. I use it in my office as a printer stand and its perfect to hold the many things inside (printer paper, photo paper ect.) did i mention the compliments i get !?! So gald i got it !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cabinet is very well made.  Its extremely sturdy and maintains its balance on both my hardwood and carpeted surfaced.  The finish is soft and warm which brings out the gold colored accents/stand.  Both doors seem to slide better the more you use them.  I originally placed this in my media room to store movies, games, etc...    My daughter loved the piece so much she confiscated and moved it to her room as a TV stand.   The versatile piece adapted well within both a rustic and modern decor.   We're very pleased!

Softly Warms up the Room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This furniture piece is made out of such a smooth, natural piece of wood. It looked as if someone found some drift wood and hand crafted it into a gorgeous piece of furniture. I will say the tracks are hand carved divids in the frame, so when sliding the draws it can sound a bit rickety but that just adds to the natural component. The weaved rattan pattern on the front doesn't seem like it would fray. The base is metal and did scratch my wooden floors so I definitely suggest using cushions. My self is filled with books at the moment so the extra weight won't make it easy to be moved. This definitely smells like wood, but it's refreshing.

Beautifully crafted wooden piece

It's the perfect size and I love the wood it looks like a rustic look.
Everyone that comes over to my house comments about it being beautiful and that they want to buy one.

Love It!!

This is a beautiful piece and it came fully assembled.  I gave it 4 stars because I am disappointed that the back is not a solid piece of wood, but a very thin particle board.  Not at all like it is pictured.  It will work for us because we plan on using it for media equipment so cutting a hole in the back is much easier knowing that this is just particle board and not a solid piece of wood.  Sliding doors work well and was delivered quickly with no damage.

Amazing style. Sliding doors are a huge plus. The wood is solid and very nice. Yes the back is MDF and it was easy to cut a hole for our cords. The dimensions and color are perfect! 

The wood handles are not super securely adhered to the doors. Overall there was a small amount of damage. Nothing that I can see or would bother me now after having the unit for a full year.

We removed the metal base so we could attach two units together and lower the entire thing for use under our frame TV. We lifted the unit back up a bit with a wood piece. 

Overall very happy with this furniture! Price fluctuates so check back for the best deal!

Great piece (put two together) for media cabinet!

I bought three to put together. The first one was not level and was warped so it couldn't sit flush with the second one. The second one had a giant piece of wood out of the front of the cabinet. I went ahead and didn't even open the third one because I didn't want to mess with them anymore.

The picture is not accurate.  The back and inside back are not finished.  The doors are not partially see thru Like you might want if you wanted to put your cable box inside.  Rattan Doors are backed with particle board.
I kept the cabinet as the price was low but it is not a quality looking piece of furniture.

Not as pictured

Don't buy! Now I'm seeing other reviews with the same problem. We spent $700 on two of these cabinets and they have bugs in the wood. Kept finding sawdust like material inside , didn't know what it was, vacuumed it up and then it would reappear every couple of weeks. Finally saw remnants of bugs. Not sure what bug they are but after reading more online it sounds like a powder dust beetle. So incredibly mad I spent $700  on something that has bugs living in it. Disgusted. Walmart should stand behind their product and offer me a refund. No one buy this product!

Terrible product infested with bugs

These are beautiful from afar but very poor quality. The doors were bit straight (one door would fall forward), the wood had a large crack in it, and the bottom  feet rubber pieces were broken making it sit off kilter. I wanted to love these — the color and style is beautiful — but beware, you get what you pay for.
