[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pros: *feels almost identical to the official Nintendo pro controller.  

*I like the fact it uses double A batteries compared to an internal rechargeable battery.

*the added mappable buttons could come in handy even though I haven't used those yet.

*the cost is much less than the Nintendo pro controller. 

The cons:
*slightly unconventional setup. 
It's not a problem though if you read the instructions. 

*its lighter in weight which makes me wonder about durability. 

Makes a perfect 2nd controller for kids.

The fact that it is wireless is great and makes gaming more enjoyable. It does take batteries, but battery life is long. It is a perfect remote for any gamer.

I have two that are wired and they easily get tangled up and prone to be tripped on by dogs running about... where the control lacks the most is there is no way to charge the controller on a base or by cable. It takes two AA batteries that come with the controler.
It sports two new buttons, but I do not know if any of my games will support these. The controller is easy to pair with the switch. Simply turn on and go. Its comfortable to hold and light weight. But is a little noisy. Though not as much as the wired version of this controler

I love that it is bigger to hold than the small remotes that come with the switch! The Mario design makes it more unique and perfect for kids and adults alike! My son was so excited when he seen it! In my opinion it makes gameplay on the switch easier for all players!

Works great!!

Bought 2 of these controllers thinking they were the official Nintendo pro controllers. I bought the Zelda on and the red Mario one
 on Black Friday. They came in official looking Nintendo packaging and everything. They are licenced by Nintendo but not made by them. Played first on Christmas morning and both malfunctioning by New Year's. Will be returning and getting the real deal. Not impressed. Misled by packaging.

Very disappointed.
