Works great. My last Switch Pro Controller was also a PowerA. It lasted for several hundred hours of game play before the joysticks had unfixable drift (about four years' worth of gaming). I replaced it with this model, which was less expensive but I wasn't sure why, as both were wireless. Realized once I received it that I hadn't read the description close enough and hadn't noticed that this one doesn't charge via USB-C like the old one - this one takes two AA batteries. That's my own fault though. For anyone weighing their options and wondering if it's worth spending $20-30 more for one that charges via USB I would say absolutely. You will make that up in savings from buying batteries in just a few months if you play a couple of hours per day. I will probably invest in some rechargeable batteries. As for how it works - great! It's a bit less weighty than the more expensive USB-charging version, but still has a solid hand feel. I adjusted to the difference with zero issue. Very happy with it.

We have been really pleased with this controller, with a “positive” feel from the buttons and control stick. Still getting a feel for the life of batteries and overall durability/longevity of the controller, but so far, appears to be a very good option versus the Joycon controllers.

The control has been working pretty reliable so far. Great quality and competitive price. My kids have been enjoying using this controller rather than joycons.

Wasn't quite as i expected.. Has batteries instead of plug to recharge feature.. The right round joy stick thingy was sticking when pushed to the right side. Feels cheap and doesn't have runble features but overall its a good controller. P.S instead of sending it back or trying to get a refund i sprayed it lightly with Olive oil spray and its working correctly now .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super nice controller. Easy to do a set up to connect to the switch. All you have to do is follow the direction they give and then it connects fast. Easy controller to hold for younger kids and good for adults too.

Good Controller

i was let down when i realized this controller wasn't rechargeable. im not sure if i just didn't read it all the way or if it just didn't mention it but not exactly what I was hoping for, that aside its a good lil controler, very light weight, it caught me off guard a bit , but seems to function pretty well, and the battery life is ok.

it excaped my attention that this took batteries..
