Over the years we have bought the cheaper models but they did not last so when our last shedder died, we decided to spend more for a lifetime investment and bought this model. It is a little larger so will not fit under the desk but fits nicely next to our desk. Only time well tell if this holds up as well as we expect it to last (as my wife sheds almost everything) but so far we are very happy with this shedder.

A bit on the expensive side but well worth it

I purchased the Fellows Power shredder 125Ci about 1 month ago. Sam's handled transaction online purchase and delivery wondefully or perfect. The shredder is everything it description said it was. Its quite, safe, holds a lot of shreded material. Have not had any jam issues. I highly recommend this product. I did take advantage of the savings of $80.00 off the purchase price. It was expensive but if you consider the cross-cutting, security and will not be purchasing another shredder for many years. Its was a good purchase for me.

Does a great job!

My old shredder gave up the ghost.  This was a good purchase.

When I unpacked the machine, there was a rubber type gasket material in the feed path?  I was able to move it out of the way?

Good machine, wonderful delivery time, within two days.

Great features

Just heavy duty enough for small manufacturing office staff. Great features. Low noise, not like older shredder that was Commercial size. Gets the job done. Love the tiny pieces, makes for emptying bin less often.

Perfect for office!

Our company uses this often. It's fast, quiet and a cross-shred. I didn't realize the 9" paper slot was half as wide as previous one and can slow you down if you have wide docs. I should have read better; otherwise, it's a great machine

great shredder

If you are looking for a shredder that can handle the job without breaking the bank, look no further. This unit can handle the largest of jobs and has a great capacity bin. It is not a unit to stick under a desk as it is quite large however nothing this powerful comes in a small package. It will not jam and makes sure you can't jam it. It is a quality product that I would definitely buy again.

The shredder works great, but it is loud. we had to relocate our shredding station due to the noise. this is our third shredder over the years and it is by far the loudest. Consider not using in a close office environment.

Shreds Good, but is loud

We're on our fourth warranty-replacement. The "Bin Full" sensor consistently fails. The "manual" is totally inadequate. Even when using the proprietary expendables - oil, bags - the machine simply does not work. We absolutely have to have a cross-cut shredder. It's nearly impossible to get one as we are on a remote island in the middle of the Pacific.
