Support

Pain

The powestep insole is awesome, perfect support for someone with medium to high arches. It appears to be durable and fits perfectly in my shoe without any cutting to size. Be sure to check if your current insole is removable, if not depending on your shoes you might run into an issue with fit with any full-size arch support product. They do have a little lift.

These insoles were recommended to me by two people for plantar fasciitis. I am thrilled I ordered this product! These PowerStep insoles are fantastic! They fit my shoes perfectly. I didn't have to cut them or anything and I wear a 9.5 shoe, so I'm wondering how they might fit a size 10. 

As soon as I put them in my shoes, I felt relief from the extra support they offer. I wish they would come in pack of two or three pair. I'm constantly moving them from shoe to shoe because I can't go without them now. I like the extra metatarsal pad even though it's not super noticeable. 

The only issue I've run into is that with some shoes, it makes them very tight even after removing the original insoles, so I have to forego them with some shoes.

Amazing support!

I have metatarsal pain in my left foot. I've tried different shoes, pads only the pain gets worse. Even had shots in my foot. These shoe pads are amazing. My feet had no pain all day. And when I took my shoes off the pain and cramping I usually have did not happen! I really suggest these shoe pads if you have the same issues!

My feet are jacked up and these are the only inserts that have worked more me!

I was having pain in both feet. I went to a podiatrist, after her evaluation she recommended a Metatarsal pad. She gave me two options and I went with the PowerStep Pinnacle Plus Orthotic Shoe Insoles with Metatarsal Pad and Neutral Arch Support for Metatarsalgia and Ball of Foot Pain. I still have occasional pain, but overall my feet feel nearly pain free on most days.

PowerStep with Metatarsal pad works for me.

I have normal foot arches. The arch part of this insole feels like you are standing on a golf ball. I tried wearing them off and on to see if my feet would adapt to them but they are too uncomfortable. The padding in the heel and the toe portion feel OK.

They didn't work for me. I have ball of the foot pain and the metatarsal pad was not helpful...too small.
