I'm a satisfied customer

I bought 2020 MacBook Air. I am a I phone user so I though this would be  good for my schooling activities  such as writing and incorporating creative pieces of work . Such as documents, template, PowerPoint etc.. 

There are pros and cons

Pros  it is super light ,  very aesthetically pleasing to the eye.  All the apps are already set up when you turn it on, so for instance, you don't have to go looking for the App Store. It's already downloaded on there. 
Some cons. The logo on the MacBook Air on this one does not light up . I guess apple removed in 2015 because of technical reasons. 
Another con it's a 2020 and  is not touch screen  I have been looking for touch screen application on my. MacBook and it's no where to be found  on the setting . However someone did suggest to me to  use my iPad Air tablet  to connect with MacBook to use touch screen  and to watch videos. I really don't have time to do all that as I am a full time student in a Master program . 

Furthermore , sometimes teachers has us  download template and when I go looking for them I get a message to duplicate or over write and then when I select an option.  And I start writing on template it changes the formatting  on templates and these templates are for school so I have to literally go through  Microsoft application  for it to not change format.  This a learning curve and I am an active iPhone  user.  Please note I really love the color. Of the MacBook Air. And I love the keyboard ,  and I love the fact that all my applications are on the bottom of the screen .   So if you already know how to work a MacBook  or MacBook Air this is a  good deal it is functional and. Comes with power cord  and block. However, there is no Magic Keyboard which, I not sure what that is.   I will  get used to it in about two weeks my honey told me any new computer I get will be learning curve because that is the way it is these days.  So if you know your MacBooks this one is a steal of a price.   Ps .  This item the shipper put on there that it is needs a direct signature  for the item to be released to you. Meaning someone has  to be home and sign for the MacBook Air  literally.    Have blessed day

Its really cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I know this is a used laptop, but I was reading reviews and a psyched about having one from this seller because everyone was saying theirs was basically brand new. Opened the box and the computer had a big dent on the front. Thankfully, the screen works and getting a cover for it camouflaged the dent. I guess that's just a chance you take buying something used. Overall I am happy with the purchase. Battery life is 88% and all programs/apps/speakers/charger work well.

Decent for price

The battery does not work right, it just says battery needs to be serviced and it's very slow and won't update.

The mac looked like one of those demonstration ones where it's been dropped bent scratched and it took forever to turn on the fan came on when it was being used I have an older Mac and never had the fan come on only sometimes. And we're talking only one screen up on this Mac my other Mac several screens it was just not what I expected from seeing the reviews and the price I paid for it. I can say the service, talking to the people on the return were great, responsible. Think twice before you get this mac.
