I bought this phone to replace my iPhone 11 that I finally wore out. It was like brand new, and works great. The only thing is the battery health is pretty low, at 78%, so I'll have to have the battery replaced at some point soon probably. But overall it was a steal for the price and I didn't have to learn how to use a new phone, or pay the equivalent of a months rent to replace my phone.

Phone is exactly as promised and works well. It even came with some nice accessories. My only complaint is that the charging cable has already broken and will have to be replaced. Luckily it came with a wireless charger that works great! It evwn came with some fisher air buds. Thanks Kiss

It's great. My old phone got cracked and wasn't working anymore. But I loved it and didn't want to upgrade. Got the same iPhone same color with more storage for such a good deal

Product came in great condition besides some light scratches and 1 deep scratch on front screen. Refurbished so cannot complain, back glass seems to have been replaced. No knowledge on battery life her but fingers crossed it's in great standing

Good item for price but add $ to service the battery.This one came at %74 battery capacity. Beware, you will probably need to do the same for buying at cheap price. Tack on extra $100 for Battery replacement, heated up super hot after receiving iPhone with red battery level. Smh.

Nice item but…

Do not buy because my product was defected an scratches all around the sides on the phone an didn't came with a charger the description didn't stated any of that but I want my refund back I'm highly disappointed

Terrible

My phone is defective the battery is very bad it keeps turning off and the charger and charger block that was given in the box can't sustain the iPhone battery going down significantly The phone battery went down from 30% to 8% in the span of 5 minutes even while charging And I want a REFUND!!

I just received the iPhone 11 through Walmart. It won't let me call out and it won't let me receive calls. I don't know what the problem is not happy at all with this purchase
