So far I've only had it for a day, and I'm really impressed despite all the negative reviews on these phone/the company. It's been great so far and like someone else said it has a few scratches but it works. Mine just had a few and as soon as I put a screen protector on, couldn't even see it and it looks brand new. Plus the battery's maximum capacity was 98%  and I'm very pleased with this purchase. Thank you!

I ordered a iPhone 8 from this company last year and so I loved it so I wanted to upgrade to this one and it came clean with few scratches and dents but got it connected to my carrier and Im in love.

Awesome iPhone 9/10 condition

I always feel like bots write the reviews so I wrote one. The iPhone works great, 6 months later going strong. It cost the same amount for me to buy this refurbished iPhone 11 as it did to buy a iPhone 8 so I definitely recommend this and buying refurbished in general. Walmart is pretty reliable.

I bought this phone in October, but I returned it because it had many scratches and the screen looked blurry, and I'm still waiting for my refund. I don't recommend it.

Bab experience

Bad product. Wont hold a charge for even a second, won't show as charging. Battery says it's not an Apple product and is not a function able with the phone.
