I ordered a iPhone 12 for my mom for Christmas because she needed a new phone so I got her a new iPhone we opened it and set it up with no problem , it was a refurbished phone and looks brand new and works like it's brand new , never had a problem with it at all I have ordered from other places and I have had them come with horrible batteries , scratches , cracks whatever else and you guys did not disappoint.

Very good condition has a few dings on the metal edge but is to be expected with used product. Screens are  good ip68 rating still holds

This is my second purchase in my first purchase from another company. The phone indicated it was excellent, but it was damaged upon receipt but when I receive this one, it was exactly as described like new but it absolutely looks like it was fresh off the assembly line.

The phone will sometime not charge or turn on while charging for like 30 minutes. Yes I do understand it's refurbished and everything but I did expect it to be better on battery life and more reliable. I bought this for my friend and let's just say she's going to buy a new one in the coming year. No hate towards the seller it's just what you get for the price.

Cheap but a little unreliable.

Wasn't upset with the phones, considering they were a gift and less than $200 each. Battery drains rather quickly, but could be because they are just old? All in all they're good, and work fine minus the fact that sometimes the screen will press things when nothing is being pressed or swiped. Only happens when on phone for a while.

Lots of scratches on the side of the phone the back of the phone and the front screen are in good condition but a lot of scratches to the case on the side and some of the buttons were stuck from a lot of dirt had to clean it up real good with an alcohol swab and toothpick
