Just a small scratch that looks like a crack but besides that its completely functional, highly recommend to whoever and all that. The phone is good you getting what you paying for

3 months strong with my iPhone 12 and it's completely fine.

Very satisfied

I purchased because it was listed as open box but it's just a used phone in fair condition. The body has dents and scratches, the screen has superficial scratches. The phone operates perfectly is why I gave 3 stars. I put it in a designer case with a screen protector and it looks decent. Open box to me is an unused item that the box was simply opened. Misleading description!
