This is my second purchase in my first purchase from another company. The phone indicated it was excellent, but it was damaged upon receipt but when I receive this one, it was exactly as described like new but it absolutely looks like it was fresh off the assembly line.

Wasn't upset with the phones, considering they were a gift and less than $200 each. Battery drains rather quickly, but could be because they are just old? All in all they're good, and work fine minus the fact that sometimes the screen will press things when nothing is being pressed or swiped. Only happens when on phone for a while.

The iPhone looks to be in decent shape with no serious damage to it but the “micro scratches” that we're described on the product description were a little more serious than micro. I don't think this is originally a red iPhone. The back seems to be aftermarket. I have yet to turn it on because it is a gift for my fiancé, (he has never used an iPhone before, so I did not want to buy new in the case that he ends up liking it ) but hopefully all the issues are just cosmetic.

A little more “previously loved” than expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some pretty deep scratches on the screen but that was sort of expected. The description says it is in excellent working order, but the silent mode switch does not work properly like it is all gunked up or something. Not sure if I will try cleaning it or send it back.

Not excellent working condition

The phone I received has two cracks on the screen and very dented/damaged on two of three corners. I get that I purchased a refurbished phone, but cracks in the screen is unacceptable considering the price. Pretty upset, this is a Christmas present for my son.

More damage then I expected

Has too many dents and scratches. The phone is functional but it disappoints you with its look. Charger does not work at all. Looks like the seller is just trying to make money by fake derscription.

I bought this  a gift for my son .He has had it for 4 days and the battery said its not sufficient for device or sone wording to that effect .Very disappointing.

The phone is trash.  I had to get 3 sim cards for the phone just to find out that its not the sim cards, its the phone.  I was only able to use the phone for 5 days from the date that I received the phone.   The phone keeps knocking the sim card out and says SOS.  Also, the phone was not that clean.  The description described the phone as practically brand new.  That was a straight lie.  Never again!!!!

Scratch on the side, edge, top %26 bottom. No scratch on screen. Works as expected. Phone overheat too much after or while phone charges. Parts %26 service history in settings keeps popping up UNKNOWN PARTS. Phone still don't service after I install sim car and activate it.
