iphone Mini was is perfect condition. It was free of scratches on phone and screen. The reason for one star reduction is the battery is 75%. It was my understanding that the battery was supposed to be 80% or better.

Good for the most part

Everything is ok but the speakers the speakers blew out and I want this issue resolved because everything was good until I played a game on the phone the sound played then it just went blank for some reason never to play sounds again

I would say the iPhone 12 mini is not worth getting because the refurnish of not being able to go in and have someone fix it is on your own risk so when we finally activated the volume the speaker was very muffled so you would hear people on the phone but it was muffled that you didn't even understand what they were saying even on speaker on the ear nothing the volume of text messages and the volume of calls coming in very weak so that's only the sucky part of putting your money and buying this refurnish phone when you can't have it fixed by the third party cuz is that your own risk. stinks my iPhone 6 speakers were a lot better than this one!
