when i saw the reviews i thought it was gonna be broken and not work but for the price its a really good phone mine came with 2 corners a little chipped but thats fine i love it alr came with a screen protecter on and it on has 2 very small scratches in it but overall the phone works great

I really liked that the packaging came with a free charger as well as no damaged parts. The battery was at 86% so it was decent. There were a lot of dents through the edges of the phone and there was scratches front and back. The battery wasn't very good, it was draining quickly throughout the morning.

If I could give 0 stars I would….just look at pics of this iPhone 12 mini I received!!! I returned it the exact same day. This shouldn't even be for sell for anyone looking for a refurbished or used phone period. Never doing business with this company again.

It was awful I had to get me a brand new phone bcoz the health on the other phone was so bad it was missing some parts inside the phone
