The phone is ok but the battery was no good when I received the phone. Not happy about that but the phone was in decent shape it had a few scratches and normal wear and tear. Buying a new phone is the only safe bet. And shoppers beware Walmart let's almost anyone sell in Walmart.com so read reviews people. You never can be too sure these days.

Everything is ok but the speakers the speakers blew out and I want this issue resolved because everything was good until I played a game on the phone the sound played then it just went blank for some reason never to play sounds again

I purchased an iPhone 12 for my daughter and it said that it was supposed to be in good condition when I got the phone the whole screen on the front was scratched everywhere and looked very very used and I am very unsatisfied. I paid $300 for this phone and I'm sending it back.!!!!! 👎🏿

Not Satisfied

The phone was absolutely scratched, earpiece does not work which is the most essential function of a phone, it was supposed to work properly, the front camera is scratched so you can not take selfies.

Don't buy to this provider.

Absolutely terrible. When I received it, it was in a larger box than necessary. The phone was not packaged safely. It was in a thin piece of plastic wrap with nothing else ensuring it safety. It is scratched. It overheats quickly the battery life is trash and it glitches.
