I really love this phone and love the facial recognition software to the phone. It gets glitchie every once in a while but the phone itself is worth every penny spent on it. The battery life is great. The phone came with very few blemishes. My only criticism is the camera. Not the camera on my phone but with Apple's effort that they put into it. Samsung and other builders have quality and technology that I wish Apple would put into their phones. FYI to users of heavy duty covers…cut off the flap that covers the charging port. They will ruin a cord in a matter of minutes!!!

Great Value/Protect Charger Port

The battery dies to quickly and when i first got the phone it seemed like somebody else was already logged in also when i got the phone my messages and everything wasnt in order im taking it day by day to make sure this phone is reliable

The only complaint is the charging cord and dock that I received with the phone does not work. I'd appreciate a new one if possible!

iPhone 12 Pro max

The screen is completely scratched and I have to buy a new phone screen since I discarded the old phone. She is happy with the upgrade but the screen is scratched and shows when it is powered off. I didn't notice until she pointed it out. This was a gift and I didn't expect to get a scratched screen.

Phone screen scratches

Screen wasn't installed correctly has many issues on screen. I don't understand how the screen was replaced and it has scratches on it already… phone overheated quickly upon turning it on.

My daughter opened it this morning. We took it to T-Mobile activated. The phone was working for the first 13 minutes and now it doesn't work. The screen is completely un functionable. You can't even get to the home screen. It's just a blank screen and the phone is completely charged. It was just activated in the store.
