Everything is ok but the speakers the speakers blew out and I want this issue resolved because everything was good until I played a game on the phone the sound played then it just went blank for some reason never to play sounds again

I received the phone, though it did work it had multiple deep dents and chips, way worse than I would've imagined, on every side. Would rate the damage to a C or D, in no way a B. I purchased a pre-owned unlocked iPhone 12 mini and the experience has been terrible. The battery life is extremely low — it barely lasts a few hours even with light use. I expected normal wear from a used phone, but this is unacceptable. For the price I paid, I should not be worrying about charging the phone every few hours. Totally disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend buying pre-owned from here again.
