I was leery of purchasing a phone that wasn't new from any company. After a bit of research I made my decision and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered my phone on a Sunday and I received it the next day even though it was Veterans Day. Once I opened the box I was amazed at the pristine condition of my phone. Everything is perfect.

More Than Satisfied Customer

I'm pretty impressed with the phone. I bought a like new condition. The battery health was 88% when I bought it I was hoping it was more. But that's okay. The only thing I'm upset with is I bought a graphite color and the sent me a space gray. But other than that I'm impressed.

The phone is in good condition no scratches or anything wrong with the appearance but it is not charging at all. Just purchased the phone less than a week ago.

The phone looks almost like new except a few scratches on screen and battery health percentage is at 85% i think paying $460 and get 85% battery health it's crazy plus the advertised said almost like new i think when you sell a almost like new phone the battery health percentage should be at least 90%. 85% is not almost like new it's good but not almost like new

The phones are very nice. Barely any scratches. You have to turn it a certain way to see the scratch. Little screen crack also but very small. But my charger port doesn't work. I had to go purchase a wireless charger. Because the charger and box that came with the box was fine  but the charger port won't work! Very upset!

The device frame or cover and screen do not look like a new device which was written on the website when i ordered online. The frame or cover color is gone 80% and couple of scratches on the screen as well.

Product was supposed to be “like new” nothing about this phone was like new… first I was shipped the wrong color, it was meant to be the green & blue instead I received 2 blues. Both which has deep scratches to the screens, the speakers mesh was pushed in, I assume from cleaning. Dents and damage on the metal outside layer of the phones, both batteries are at a maximum capacity below 75%. Was going to send back to get replacement but I was told the turn around time was 6-9 weeks. 
Last time I will be buying anything from the place.
