They really should check to make sure they are in the condition they say it is

Nicked and scratched

iPhone 14 was exactly like it was. It a little dent that you can barely see but phone works fine. it's a major upgrade for my daughter; she used to have an iPhone 7

I bought iPhone 14 that was refurbished in March 2025. It's now August 2025. The phone is not working. I took it somewhere to find out what's going on. They said the battery basically exploded inside the phone. It's not working. I don't think I'll ever buy a refurbished phone again from Walmart.

Phone was cosmetically worse than I was expecting but functionally it works as described. It has a small screen scratch and lots of deep scratches on the back surrounding the camera. At first I was very disappointed. But functionally the camera works and it all seems good, so I came around. Battery health was at 86% when I received it. Overall, I am satisfied but not blown away.

Phone works - would give 3.5 stars

The phone has some scratches on the edges and corners of the phone. But the screen is perfect. The back is perfect. The phone going to be in case so the scratches really don't matter.

I am grateful for the phone at the price point that we got, but it still had what appeared to be dirt in and around all buttons.  And a major ding on the bottom.  I don't know if this was disclosed in the original post, my daughter purchased it for me.  I just thought that it might help in future posts

Nice phone

Good phone, still a little slow. Upgraded from an iphone11 to an iphone14 because it was running slow and glitching. This phone is still a little slower and also has a very poor battery life. Runs out of battery even quicker than my 4 year old iphone11, it's dead within a few hours from full charge.

Its okay! Although I kept the phone dispite the scratches on the phone, I realize that after one and half month of usage the battery life has dropped. I'm sure if I plan to keep the phone yet.
