I read some bad reviews but gave it a chance and it didn't disappoint.

Good product

No complaints here had it over a month no freezing, overheating, etc. It also came fast . I love it only gave 4stars though because some can act a bit wonky I have to leave and come back to the app. Other than that It's fine glad I didn't let the reviews cloud my judgment.

Great Phone

The face-id does not work which is pretty critical i and the bottom of the screen has low sensitivity so sometimes its difficult to close or slide an up to close that app.

I needed to replace the battery after 3 months, so it fell of the return/warranty window. 
BEWARE you will add and additional $100 to total cost of the device.

the phone is gorgeous, no cracks or scratches.... Had the Phone 4 days it cut off and didn't want to cut back on. When put on the charger it, says its charging but never cut on passed the apple screen, I'm annoyed because I really wanted the phone

This phone was a gift for my son's birthday. I had to charge it for several hours when it first came in, then after using it maybe an hour, it went completely dead!

Terrible battery life

The phone looks good over all but does not charge and keeps turning off . Battery doesn't work

We have had so many issues with this phone, it was a Christmas present and we've had nothing but trouble out of it
