This a great pen. I bought two and like that I can make this pen larger or smaller and in many different shapes depending on what I need. It was missing a stake and when I called about the missing piece they sent me an entire new pen! Great customer service!

This is a high quality product. Unfortunately, ours arrived damaged in shipment, The company was great to deal with and a replacement arrived promptly.

One of the best portable kennels ever - quick and easy to set up.  One think it lacks is accessories - as in a roof option and the option to buy shorter panels to make the kennel work in tricky places like that back of our truck topper :)

Simply THE BEST!!

We got this several months ago for our 4 month old lab puppy.  We really like the ease in set up, portability for use while traveling, and the ability for adults to get in to retrieve toys, water dish, etc.  However, as with another reviewer, the door hinge welds have broken.  So it is a great design, but a better door hinge would greatly improve this produce.

Purchased Jan 2020.  Seemed sturdy when assembled.  Now Apr 2020 -  While opening the door to step through, the entire swinging door fell off in my hands, from poor welding at hinges.  Prior review on this site from 6 mos ago, stated issue was sent to engineering dept for correction.  Still NOT corrected.
