Assembly

Bought this for my little entryway into the house.  I had wanted somewhere to hang things like my jacket, hat, or bag when I came in.  This fit the bill perfect.  It is well made, was not that hard to put together, and it looks really cute.  For the price it is definitely worth it.

Perfect size and style, easy to assemble.

Loved it!

Directions were clear enough but pieces were NOT labelled as expected making assembly that much more challenging. Box is very heavy, please know it's a two person left/carry.  Product is particle board.  Looks nice enough but not sure of the longetivity.

Difficult assembly

The quality of the product is absolutely garbage. It took us more than 2 hours to build it so we are debating on if we should take it back. Definitely not worth the money. There are a lot of noticeable imperfections.

Avoid it

We were very excited to order this coat rack. When it arrived one of the side panels   was cracked, there were scuffs marks on the top panel, and there was a chip in the wood trim. Very flimsy product would not recommend. Disappointed as this was exactly the look we wanted.

Poor Quality

I just opened the box and it was damaged .

Not worth the price.

The material used for the back of the Hall Tree is similar to cardboard, and it is so poorly attached that it gaps when you sit down.  The back side is not finished (though the 'cardboard' appears to have been lightly coated with white water-based shoe-polish (or a similar thin finish.)  I would have sent it back except that my husband had already put it together and didn't want to reverse engineer it.  The rest of the unit was okay, but the back was so shoddy, it's just a shame.
