Quality

very safe , pressure dissipate pretty fast so i could check my food and add more liquid, cooked dry pinto beans and smoke turkey wings witch i know take hours to Cook it cut the cooking time in half and i didn't have to saute my vegetable at all the flavor was infuse real quick! the only down part was needing to make sure to have enough liquid to finish cooking i had to add water twice but it was quick and heat back up and pressurize in no time.

This item can cooking by electronic stove or just by gas?

Although it was difficult to understand the manual, when cooking, the valve does not release the air, which is scary because it is dangerous.  Despite everything, the meat softened quickly.  I'm not very convinced yet.

This is not a 7L. This filled all the way to the top is only 5L. Of course you cannot fill it all the way to your he top so it is actually less. The product works great. But do not expect a 7L that you paid for.
